AEP is a program where youth can adopt a Grandmother, Grandfather that Uncle or Aunt … this program is a program that “Brings Back the LOVE” into our communities. By doing kind deeds one to another.
Do you know an Elder who needs LOVE attention A simple phone call to the unforgotten…go or take an elder shopping … take the community bus with an elder to sightsee… pen-pal an elder….. Celebrate their birthday and special events with an elder & MORE
